Redes to close. Second night, came at 22:00 to the room and was dirty. Called reception and they said they can’t clean the room and I need to sleep as it is until tomorrow. Asked for a change of room and then unprofessional recepción clerk said it’s not possible. As last recourse I asked for my money back eland they denied to do it. It’s a chain of hotels that should not behave this way. It’s evident that the quality of people working I. The hotel is not prepared and not competent as needed. I’m looking for another voter and ask Expedia to reimburse my money. Thanks for your reply."
